We recently took our newly purchased GoPro camera out to document our radiation monitoring field trip around the UCLA campus. While we mostly went around the campus perimeter (where we found very low readings), some of the inner areas in North Campus showed clusters of higher readings. None of which, I should mention, come close to measures deemed to be even close to being “unsafe” by any standards. So nothing (as of yet) to worry about here. As far as we are concerned, the secret nuclear power plant facility at UCLA is nothing more than an urban myth…
